- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was always an amazing dental practise. Dr.Powell and his staff were always friendly and professional. Now that Dr.Brachi (new owner) has taken it over, it is a HORRIBLE place to deal with. You are accosted at the front with paying instead of paying after your insurance kicks in their portion like we had been doing for 20 years. The short dark haired women from billing literally chases you out the door to throw a bill at you when it has been pre agreed upon that you will pay once your dental issues are dealt with and your insurance company pays their portion. It is no longer a plesant, positive experience. After Dr.Powell has retired I won't be staying at this place because they now put $ ahead of the patient. It is sad to see this happen to such a nice dentist and wonderful staff. This new owner needs to learn some people skills or he won't keep longtime patients!!by purple branchDecember 19, 2016
